To be successful in this role you will have strong communication, be an active listener, excellent time management, good computer knowledge, problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the square to get the job done!

This role involves answering inbound calls, performing track and trace investigations, lodging queries and liaising with our customers.

We have 2 Customer Service roles available at our Penrose branch:

  • Working Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.30pm
  • Working Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm
