We're looking for a Business Development Advisor who will be based in our Auckland office. Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for supporting the firm’s business development function. You will assist the co-ordination and preparation of the firm’s tenders, proposals and capability statements and assist with legal directories. You will support the firm’s key client and industry sector programmes in conjunction with senior BD team members and other key internal stakeholders. You will also provide administrative support to the team by managing the CRM system, assisting with email distribution lists and client event lists. To be successful in this position, you will have:
Proactive mindset with a keenness to learn.
The ability to be a team player and be an integral part in the implementation of key business development and marketing initiatives and strategic objectives.
Business development experience, ideally within a professional services firm environment.
Exposure to tender/proposal writing and bid management.
The ability to build positive working relationships and manage multiple priorities and pressures will be key for this role.
Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
