About the Role We are looking for a motivated individual to join our manufacturing team and assist in various production areas, including:
Preparing materials
Operating blending and manufacturing equipment
Fulfilling manufacturing orders
Stacking and wrapping pallets
Dispatching goods
Forklift driving
General laboring duties (including filling and lifting bags)
Training & Skills Required On-the-job training will be provided in:
Safe operation of plant machinery and forklifts
Routine maintenance procedures
Equipment cleaning
The ideal candidate must:
Be comfortable with numbers
Follow written instructions and in-house systems
Be reliable, accurate, and efficient
Take responsibility for tasks and step up when needed
