About the role We're looking for a Pou Tiaki - Host to join our Neighbourhood Hubs and Library Services team, based at Naenae Library. Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm.
The purpose of this position is to deliver customer-centric services that are responsive to the community's needs, optimise our spaces for community use and increase awareness of and engagement with community regarding council wide services.
About You For this position you will need to provide high quality, welcoming frontline service to all customers. You'll embrace biculturalism and cultural diversity, be technologically savvy, and have confidence dealing with a wide range of customer groups, including pēpi, tamariki and rangatahi.
An interest in library and information services is desired, along with an interest in working with community to deliver programmes and events.
