Are you an admin superstar looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced, professional environment, with a passion for providing exceptional service?

Bayleys Feilding is looking for a Campaign Manager & Receptionist to cover a 7-month parental leave contract in our dynamic team. If you have a friendly, professional attitude and a knack for organisation, we'd love to hear from you!

About the role:
In this role, you will be based at the front desk of our office, where you will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, clients, and our team.

Your primary functions will include supporting marketing and administration efforts, ensuring compliance with brand processes and standards, while delivering exceptional customer service to all who walk through our doors.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Previous administration experience is required
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft products, with the ability to adapt to new software systems quickly
