We are currently seeking a PersonalAssistant with a positive, can-do attitude to provide exceptional support to a successful sales team "Team Cathy Mei."
Your role will be varied, with new tasks and challenges each and everyday. You will be responsible for ensuring everything runs at maximum efficiency by providing business support and general administrative duties.
This is an important role so it is essential you have proven experience in a fast paced administration support role, as well as the ability to use initiative and work proactively.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
Daily administration for Team Cathy Mei, including VaultRE and NurtureCloud database management, data cleaning, precinct management, and buyer matching
Prospecting through telemarketing warm and cold leads, preparing letters, and marketing materials
Farm area development, including generating reports, designing flyers, managing inquiries, and maintaining client and builder relationships
Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing plans for the farm area
Building relationships in the local community, promoting services, and participating in community events
Assisting with open homes and auction preparation
Managing listing presentations, including pre-listing kits, marketing submissions, and post-presentation follow-ups
Overseeing campaign management with vendor reports, client communication, and meeting scheduling
Customer care, including post-sale communication, final inspections, settlement gifts, sale anniversaries, and processing coordination.
This is a full time role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, and a salary of $60,000 - $68,000 + bonus (depending on experience) will be offered to the successful candidate.
