As a member of ASB's Financial Crime Operations team you will drive operational excellence in the way we help protect ASB and its customers from the impact of Financial Crime. You will contribute in a meaningful way to the protection of Aotearoa New Zealand from organised crime, modern slavery, and other activity which places New Zealand at risk.
We are looking for an Office Coordinator in our Financial Crime Operations (FCO Office) team to be based at North Wharf.
Mo te tūranga | About the Role:
A fast paced role within the Business Management function of Financial Crime Operations (FCO Office) that will see you working with the FCO Office Senior Managers on a range of coordination and administrative tasks.
In this role, you will support the following key outcomes:
- Developing and maintaining strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders within both FCO and the wider organisation
- Producing high quality artefacts and documentation for clear messaging and audit trails
- Support the coordination FCO governance forums, training and onboarding
- Provide administrative support
- Support the delivery of the communication plan and day-to-day running of FCO
Mōu |About you:
You will be a good communicator, have the ability to manage multiple tasks and a good attention to detail to support the smooth running of a key area of the FCO Office.
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Effective verbal communication - ability to connect with stakeholders to effectively convey requirements and timelines
- Strong written communication skills and ability to write in a clear, concise, and effective manner
- Analytical and problem-solving skills that can be deployed to quickly identify issues and proactively drive solutions (preferred)
