ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is well established global freight forwarding company with a very good reputation in the marketplace. They have a global network providing a large portfolio of logistics solutions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role involves providing day to day support to Operations and the Customer Services team and Key Account clients. This includes accurate and on-time processing of shipment orders, and providing the highest levels of expertise and service at all times.

ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidates will already have Import and/or Customer Service experience within the Freight Forwarding industry. You will likely be someone who has the following skills:

  • Previous experience with a NZ freight forwarder essential
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A team player with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication; verbal & written
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • EDI Cargowise experience would also be beneficial
