Genera is on an exciting growth trajectory, and the company is looking for a strategic, forward-thinking CFO to join the leadership team in Mount Maunganui. This is more than a finance role—it’s a chance to be at the heart of a thriving, multi-site, trans-Tasman business, working alongside the CEO, Board, and Senior Leaders to drive growth, optimise financial performance, and execute on the strategic vision.

As CFO, the successful candidate will have the autonomy to shape business and financial strategy, innovate processes, and influence major business decisions across New Zealand and Australia. They will lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with a strong focus on scalability, profitability, and operational excellence. Their insights will not only ensure compliance and financial discipline but will also fuel the next phase of expansion.

This role will require regular travel to Australia.
