We are looking for a new colleague with admin experience and who is driven to provide top customer service at all times.
About the Role
Based at our Highbrook branch, the Freight Office Assistant is a varied role, responsible for the timely handling of damaged, repacked and missorted parcels. You’ll work closely with courier drivers and our Operations team to ensure our customers’ freight is delivered to where it needs to be. With people at the heart of our success, you’ll enjoy the diversity of our team and our customers.
This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Key duties include
- Overseeing reception and greeting customers
- Resolving customers’ parcel queries with a focus on problem-solving
- Contacting customers regarding their undeliverable freight
- Cash handling and processing ticket sales

- Strong organisational and prioritising skills
- Ability to lift up to 25kg – comfortable with repetitive lifting
- Customer service or freight industry experience
