Andrew Simms is one of Auckland's most successful and highest profile motor companies. We've grown spectacularly over the past eight years and due to this, demand has increased in Sales and Servicing at our Newmarket and Botany dealerships.

We are currently looking for a Team Leader to support the service grooming department at our Newmarket dealership.

The successful applicant will need to have a background in vehicle detailing, the ability to lead and drive results from a small team and have a keen eye for detail. If you consider yourself to be a self-motivated individual with a passion for vehicles and are wanting to step into a dealership environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in vehicle grooming and detailing
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and attention to detail
  • A valid drivers license and clean driving record
