As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a Direct Marketing Specialist to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
This role will see you lead and implement a continuous marketing program aimed at enhancing Member and customer lifetime value. This role involves developing and managing lifecycle marketing strategies, overseeing direct communications such as eDM, DM, and SMS, and optimising join, renewal, and retention processes. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to improve customer experiences, manage budgets, track campaign performance, and stay informed on industry trends.
You | Mōu
You will have a passion for delivering relevant, engaging communications and a strong focus on optimal customer experience , with proven experience in marketing automation, segmentation and insights, data-informed direct marketing, and/or customer loyalty.
Your demonstrable strategic thinking, strong marketing abilities, and the capacity to understand data are all key to success in this role.
You’ll possess excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a high level of planning, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities. A strong proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to build effective relationships are essential, as well as a self-motivated and results-driven approach.
