Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
As a Specialist, Workforce Systems, you'll ensure our Workforce Planning (WFP) systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your role is crucial in helping the team complete their daily tasks and roll out new telephony and technology projects.

You'll optimize WFP systems to keep everything running at its best, manage change and minimize risks, and be the go-to person for system-related matters.

Leading important technology projects and building strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors, you'll share key information with the team. If you love technology and workforce planning, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate WFP systems to achieve workforce planning goals by working with stakeholders in Australia and New Zealand.
• Ensure that management, vendors, stakeholders, and staff are ready for changes in technology and telephony.
• Provide clear communication, training, and materials to make implementing WFP initiatives easy and smooth for the team and business units affected by changes.
• Represent the Workforce Planning team in projects, using your deep knowledge of workforce planning and the business to make recommendations and decisions about WFM systems, telephony, and technology.
• Ensure positive outcomes for everyone while maintaining good relationships and workforce planning results.
• Optimize WFP systems to find strategic solutions and improve processes for all WFM technology platforms, including Verint I360, Switch, Cisco, Avaya, and any other technology supporting the WFP business unit.
• Be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of all workforce-related systems, including telephony (Cisco & Avaya), Verint, and Switch, across both Australia and New Zealand.

This is a 13 months fixed term contract finishing end of May and we are open to candidates based anywhere in New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of WFM methodologies, software, and best practice
  • Experience managing key relationships to influence positive business outcomes
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence and collaborate at all levels
  • Strong communication skills, adapting style to audience
  • Flexible work approach, changing priorities in line with business needs
  • Forward thinker, aligning future capacity plans to changes in customer behaviour and business targets
  • Highly organised and planned.
  • Project management experience and process development experience
