About the Role:
As our clients Technical Advisor, you will provide expert support to technicians, service teams and customers, ensuring the maintenance and repair of Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner trucks meet the highest standards. You will be the key contact for national technical guidance, diagnostics, and problem resolution, playing a vital role in maintaining service excellence.

Duties

• Provide national technical assistance for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
• Assist technicians in resolving complex mechanical and electronic issues
• Support service teams with OEM guidelines and best practices
• Analyze technical reports and develop efficient solutions
• Stay updated on the latest vehicle technology and advancements
• Some national travel will be required

About You:

• Diesel Mechanic seeking an advisory position off the tools
• Trade Certified with extensive expertise in Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner trucks
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and diagnostics
• Experience in a technical advisory or support role (ideal, not essential)
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• OEM certifications or dealership experience is a plus
