Role & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (such as product development, legal, and marketing) to gather all necessary information and documentation for new listings.
  • Input, update, and maintain detailed and accurate information for each listing, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and imagery.
  • Ensure that all listings meet company standards and guidelines. Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Use SEO and other optimization techniques to enhance the visibility and searchability of listings.
  • Verify that all listings comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Assist clients, vendors, or partners with the listing process, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Track the performance of listings and make recommendations for improvements based on analytics and market trends.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, product listing management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with e-commerce platforms and listing tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and e-commerce best practices is a plus.
