For the past 50 years, our client has been producing high-quality, sustainable and energy-efficient water tanks and pipes, proudly made in New Zealand.
They are seeking an experienced Administrator with immediate availability for a short-term, temporary assignment.
Within this role, your duties will include:
Use of SAP
Managing & planning deliveries
Assist Manager to assign drivers and trucks according to needs
Prepare transport status and performance reports
Provide cover for dispatch when required
Customer service - answering inbound calls on expected deliveries
The ideal candidate will have:
Brilliant customer service skills
The ability to juggle multiple queries simultaneously
Strong data entry skills - accuracy & speed
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail
The ability to work as part of a team
Based in Templeton, you will be required to work Monday to Friday from 8.00am - 5.00pm.
