What you'll do:

As a GeoSpatial Technical Lead, your primary responsibility will be guiding a team of professionals towards achieving technical excellence. You will be expected to preserve extensive technical knowledge in your specific domain, ensuring high standards of work within your practice. Your role will also involve assisting in resource allocation, conducting performance reviews, supporting personal development plans, leading recruitment processes, and ensuring effective integration of new team members.

  • Offer guidance and mentorship to enhance skills and career progression
  • Preserve and share extensive technical knowledge in the specific domain
  • Uphold high standards of work within the Practice, including code reviews and adherence to best practices
  • Assist in assigning Practice members to ARTs and Teams, balancing skill development and project requirements
  • Conduct performance reviews and support personal development plans
  • Lead the recruitment process and ensure effective integration of new Practice members
