Admin & Sales Support – Anchorage Family Estate Location: Brooklyn, Motueka Job Type: Part-time (two days per week, with possible additional hours as the position evolves)
About Us: Anchorage Family Estate is an award winning family-run business dedicated to producing high-quality wines and offering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin & Sales Support person to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales and management team
Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email and cellar door
Assist in organizing events, tastings, and promotional activities
Maintain and update databases, Xero, online customers
Support social media and email marketing efforts as required
General office administration, including filing and correspondence
Requirements:
Previous experience in administration, sales support, or customer service
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Xero Accounting
Interest in the wine industry (knowledge of wine is a plus but not essential)
