As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in connecting top talent with leading businesses across New Zealand. You’ll be at the forefront of helping companies grow and supporting candidates to land their dream roles.
What you’ll do:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across various sectors.
Manage the end to end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to placement and post-placement care
Work towards monthly targets, driving business growth and securing new opportunities
Provide expert advice to both clients and candidates to match the right person to the right job
What we’re looking for:
Experience in sales or recruitment (not Human Resources)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Motivated and results focused with a strong desire to succeed
A passion for helping people and a genuine interest in the recruitment industry
A positive, resilient attitude and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment
