Job Description

Tradestaff is on the lookout for a class 2 driver to join our client on a long-term, temporary assignment!

Your primary responsibility will be working with a technician to backfill holes after stormwater pipes have been laid. There will be laboring involved, however this position will be mostly driving.

Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside a technician to backfill stormwater pipe holes
  • Labouring when required
  • Safely operating a class 2 vehicle along main roads & highways
  • Effective communication to technicians and team members while operating the vehicle


Requirements:

  • Valid & clean NZ class 2 license
  • WTR endorsements aren’t necessary bit highly desirable
  • Willing to undergo & pass a pre-employment drug test
  • High commitment to Health & Safety


Benefits:

  • Starting rate of $26p/h. Rate is dependent on experience
