The role
We are seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead this high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for a strategic leader passionate about driving growth, nurturing talent, and elevating customer satisfaction in the premium automotive sector.

Key duties include:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated sales team to exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximise revenue and market share
  • Foster long-term customer relationship journeys ensuring you and the sales team provide exceptional service
  • Manage new vehicle inventory, including ordering, forecasting, and stock control
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and service departments to optimize operations
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, industry regulations, and dealership policies
  • Deliver regular sales performance reports and actionable insights to senior management
