Are you an organised, detail-focused, and proactive administrator looking for a flexible part-time role? TNZ Growing Products is on the lookout for a key team player to support our operations in Kennington.
This role offers approximately 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to take on additional hours as needed. You will be part of a supportive, dedicated, and energetic team that values hard work while maintaining a positive and enjoyable work environment—without the clichés!
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating domestic dispatches – booking trucks and keeping customers informed.
Handling export documentation – ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Managing daily administration – invoices, mail, ordering supplies, and general office duties.
Providing great customer service – answering calls, greeting visitors, and keeping things running smoothly.
Keeping records and reports up to date – maintaining spreadsheets and internal systems with precision.
