Mō te tūnga | About the role
The Police Infringement Bureau (PIB) is responsible for managing Police issued infringement notices, including providing advice and guidance to customers regarding infringement notices. As a Team Leader at the Police Infringement Bureau, you will lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team to ensure exceptional service delivery. You will foster a positive work environment, provide coaching and support to enhance team productivity, and address operational challenges. By collaborating with stakeholders and peers, you will continually improve overall service delivery and meet objectives relevant to PIB and Police outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure high-quality service, monitor efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and Mentor: Guide, coach, and mentor team members, setting clear goals and fostering a positive culture.
  • Drive Performance: Set targets, conduct reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Liaise with internal departments and external partners for seamless service improvements.

Utu ā-tau | Salary
This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $95,057 and $100,626 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
