Job Description

About the role

  • ASAP Start – June 2025
  • $30 per hour + 8% Holiday pay
  • Auckland CBD location


Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support
  • Maintain team records and documentation, ensuring easy access to important files.
  • Assist with reporting and other ad hoc tasks
  • Adapt to the ever-changing, fast-paced environment with a “can-do” attitude.


About you

You’re a highly organised and adaptable individual with at least 2-3 years of administrative experience. You excel in multitasking, prioritising, and problem-solving in a busy, ever-changing environment. You’re an excellent communicator and team player, bringing a collaborative attitude to everything you do.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, especially in unstructured environments.
  • Background in real estate or property management
  • Experience with lease contracts and reporting
  • SAP and SharePoint would be advantageous.
