Job Description

The Role:
We are looking for a vibrant individual who is self-motivated and pays attention to accuracy. In this role you will be self-motivated to provide the best customer experience, you will be organised and solution focused. Our team is multi-functional which means you have the opportunity to learn and perform different functions withing the business, Inwards Goods, Promotions etc. We are a close-knit supportive team that is always willing to assist each other and the customer regardless of role title.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service while building rapport with customers
  • Processing sales in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Working as part of a team to provide for the wider customer needs
  • Picking orders for delivery & collection
  • Source and order customer specific goods
  • Handle general enquiries about price and availability of product
  • Cycle counts and assisting with correct and accurate inventory levels
  • Managing repairs and good faults on behalf of the customer


Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a customer service and/or retail sales environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly personality
  • Motivated, self-driven and able to work independently
  • Competent computer and numeracy skills
