What you'll be doing
Cooking and prepping dishes that showcase the best seasonal produce.
Maintaining a clean and efficient section during service
Bringing a great attitude and team spirit to the kitchen.
Staying on top of food safety and keeping things properly organised
What we're looking for
Kitchen Experience—whether it’s on the grill, garnish, larder or woodfire
Someone who turns up and is keen to get stuck in
A cool head under pressure. Loretta gets busy, but we work together to get it done.
Availability for part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
