What you'll be doing

• Cooking and prepping dishes that showcase the best seasonal produce.
• Maintaining a clean and efficient section during service
• Bringing a great attitude and team spirit to the kitchen.
• Staying on top of food safety and keeping things properly organised

What we're looking for

• Kitchen Experience—whether it’s on the grill, garnish, larder or woodfire
• Someone who turns up and is keen to get stuck in
• A cool head under pressure. Loretta gets busy, but we work together to get it done.
• Availability for part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
