Join our team at Strata Lounge, Auckland Airport, as a Front Desk Attendant/Concierge. This is a Permanent Full Time role rostered across the week. You will play a pivotal role in delivering impeccable customer service with warmth, professionalism, and care, ensuring every guest receives a heartfelt welcome and a friendly farewell.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, maintaining high standards of presentation and operational efficiency at the front desk.
  • Provide solutions-based approaches to challenges and ensure tasks are completed correctly within the lounge.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members, ensuring clear, professional, and inclusive interactions.
  • Maintain the front desk and reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, boarding pass checks, and provide boarding announcements as required.


He kōrero mōu / About you:

  • Team player with good leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or customer service environment.
  • Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to remain calm and diplomatic under pressure, providing flexible solutions.
  • Physically fit, reliable, and able to pass police and AVSEC clearance.
