Job Description
Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity
Downer is an industry leader in fleet management, providing efficient solutions to our customers. Our dedicated and high performing team offers whole-of-life vehicle and mobile plant management, from procurement, lease management, and disposal, to scheduled and unscheduled servicing, maintenance, and defect management.
We are seeking a Fleet Maintenance Network Manager to oversee the aftermarket supplier network. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your experience and professional relationships to ensure delivery of best-of-class service while addressing any performance gaps. You will provide leadership across all stakeholders and demonstrate a commitment to asset management principles, ensuring the Downer fleet remains well-maintained, compliant, available, and, most importantly, safe.
Additionally, you will work closely with internal Fleet leaders to develop team strategies, drive implementation, and lead change initiatives. If you’re ready to make a significant impact in fleet management, we’d love to hear from you!
