We are seeking a vibrant and dynamic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Product & Practice Support Services Representative.

Job Description

• Practice Support: Provide our practices and team of regional managers with operational support.
• Enhance the Patient Experience: Manage the practice management software, online booking systems and assist in patient refunds.
• Coach & Develop: Continually enhance the operational experience by providing education and training to practice managers and support staff on our systems and product offerings.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with our clinics and vendors, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with an amazing team, contributing to a supportive and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications
Industry Experience is Essential:

Bring your expertise to the table! We are looking for individuals with Dental experience to join our dynamic team. If you have worked on a dental practice reception, that's fantastic! However, if you've been a dental assistant, your skills and background could also make you a perfect fit.
