Our client, a NZ company in the Health-care sector are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to lead and drive the migration of Dynamics 365 CRM. This role involves analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring a seamless transition. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to optimise CRM implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM migration, including requirements gathering, data migration, and post-implementation support.
Assess current CRM processes, define future-state workflows, and oversee system integrations.
Develop data migration strategies and address adoption challenges.
Capture and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and business case development.
Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and deployment planning.
Define UAT strategies, create test plans, and oversee execution.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years as a Business Analyst in IT, focusing on CRM implementations/migrations.
Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, migration, and integrations.
Strong experience in business process mapping and workflow automation.
Knowledge of data migration strategies, ETL processes, and CRM data structures.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
Proficiency in tools such as Visio, JIRA, and SharePoint.
