What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

As an Insurance Consultant, you will join a friendly and supportive team where you will manage inbound and outbound calls, emails and sales and customer queries across our range of products and services - which include Life, Pet, Travel and extend to AA Membership.

AA is an iconic and trusted NZ brand. For our insurances, we put trust at the forefront of everything we do and is why we have a suite of Reader’s Digest ‘Most Trusted’ awards to support this.

Our Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. We are looking for full time superstars, 40 hours per week.

About You | Mōu

You are a customer service representative with a big heart for helping. You will certainly thrive when you are in a busy and fast paced environment and are comfortable navigating multiple IT systems. However, at the core, is your motivation to help every day New Zealanders to navigate life’s journeys and get them sorted with the right product at the right time.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Capability to work within a wider team
  • Proven background working across multiple IT systems
  • Empathetic, with a positive outlook


You don’t have to come from an insurance, financial services and or Contact Centre background – we can provide training and support so you can hit the ground running. This will be provided in house / face to face at our Hamilton CBD location.
