About the Role
We are seeking a Centre Administrator to cover parental leave in a fixed-term role (30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, ending in February 2026). While your primary responsibilities will be administrative, there may be occasions when you support in the classroom with the children.
This role is essential to the success of our centre, ensuring we provide the highest quality care while meeting Ministry of Education requirements. As a Centre Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for families and play a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing outstanding customer service to families
Managing enrolments, bookings, and responding to parent inquiries
Handling parent accounts, direct debits, and payments
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and meeting daily, weekly, and termly deadlines
Using Word, Excel, and other systems for administrative tasks
You will receive support from our National Admin Support team, who provide ongoing training and guidance, ensuring you feel confident in meeting Ministry of Education requirements.
