Safety 'n Action Ltd and Axiom Training are a nationwide provider of training in workplace safety and driver licensing.
We're seeking a qualified experienced contract trainer with a focus on Sling Regular Loads Safety, Truck Loader Cranes and Dogman unit standards for the Auckland region. To be successful you will be a highly experienced and practical trainer, with a passion for providing students with the knowledge and tools needed.
All trainers are provided with set targets for upskilling and sign-off relating to Safety 'n Action and Axiom Training product delivery and you will be supported with a full induction and onboarding process. You will also be responsible for managing administrative tasks that support successful training execution, including processing evaluations and assessments.
Safety 'n Action and Axiom Training together are undisputably NZ's largest workplace safety training provider. With over 200 courses across 16 locations, we train over 80,000 Kiwis annually, setting the benchmark for excellence in safety, transport licensing, and rural training. Requirements:
5+ years of Crane industry experience and appropriate training endorsements/licences.
Driving licence classes 2 - 5
Endorsement F
Completed or working towards NZQA assessment qualification - US4098
Experience in training/teaching
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
A passion for training and passing on your knowledge and skills
