We are currently looking for an organised and efficient Operations Co-ordinator to join our team based in Albany.
Our preferred candidate will have worked in a similar role within the trades sector.
You will be responsible for:
Coordinating team schedules, manage resources, and ensuring efficient project delivery.
Keeping customers, subcontractors, and internal teams updated on project timelines.
Tracking stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring availability of materials and equipment.
Monitoring project progress and ensuring standards are met.
Maintaining detailed records of project details, customer interactions, and key job data.
Assisting in making quotes and pricing jobs
To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate a minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar project coordination, admin or scheduling role.
You will also need to have:
Proficiency in project management software (or the ability to learn fast!).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Customer-first mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
High standards of professionalism and personal presentation
The ability to work in a team environment
An outgoing and friendly attitude
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday - 7:00am - 3:00pm (however there is some flexibility around start / finish times).
