We are on the hunt for an Events Sales Coordinator, someone who will go the extra mile in delivering exceptional events.
As the RealNZ Events Coordinator, you'll be communicating with clients, suppliers and operational managers to ensure the event needs are met, you will be a true key facilitator of operational excellence.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Queenstown. We are looking for someone extra organized and efficient, with outstanding communication skills, a can-do, positive attitude who shares our values and our commitment to Make it Extraordinary!
We're looking for someone who can:
- Deliver consistent high-quality administrative support to the Events Sales team
- Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders in order to deliver exceptional events and functions
- Meet and greet clients on the day of the event and assist with delivery as required
- Manage competing demands and deadlines
You will have:
- Great planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong administration skills in Microsoft applications
- Time management skills with the ability to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Full, clean drivers' licence and the ability to travel domestically
