Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
Masu is located in Auckland CBD. The role is a full time minimum 40 hours per week rotating roster between Mon – Sun. Hourly rate between $27 - $30 per hour. Duties will include;
• Food & beverage knowledge is comprehensive and specific to outlet
• Assist in development of more junior staff members
• Ensure that communication is clear, concise, logical and is presented in a way that meets client’s expectations
• Able to aid the host in seating guests/bar in making drinks
• Actively demonstrate awareness and understanding of Host Responsibility and Health & Safety

Mōu | About You
As a Senior Waiter, you will deliver high quality food and beverage services. Ensuring you are providing an overall excellent experience to restaurant patronage. You will also;
• 2-year hospitality experience & 1 year waiter or 'a la carte', experience
• Sound and proven oral and written communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of the menu and wine list and have the ability to confidently food and wine match.
• Be a mentor to all junior staff, ensuring standards remain consistently high
