We believe that fostering a love for learning early on sets the foundation for a lifelong journey of curiosity and enthusiasm. Our goal is to equip children with the skills and confidence to grow, explore, and excel in their education and beyond.
We are a vibrant centre with a diverse community of children and whānau. We regularly host events that encourage family involvement in their children's learning journey.

About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
You will be based in the Pihinga Room, our infants' space, where babies absorb and learn so much in their first years. Passion and confidence to learn can be nurtured almost from the moment a baby is born.
Our kaiako are passionate about 'serve and return', a highly effective teaching strategy that focuses on recognising and responding to babies’ cues. This approach builds trusting relationships and grows their confidence to lead the way in their play.
What We Are Looking For:
- A Bachelor of Education or Diploma of Teaching (Level 7) in ECE and a current Teacher Certification
- A strong understanding of child-led curriculum, planning, and extending children's learning
- A good knowledge of current ECE Regulations, Te Whāriki, and a commitment to compliance
