Mo te tūranga | About the Role:
As a Process Improvement Analyst, you'll work with the Process Improvement Lead to drive continuous improvement initiatives across Service Management and ASB Technology. You'll help improve the way we work, optimize processes, and develop reports that provide key insights.
We need someone who's proactive, adaptable, and ready to learn—you don't need a long track record in process improvement, but you do need the ability to pick things up quickly, think critically, and deliver results.

To be successful in this role you don't need years of experience, just the right mindset. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent problem-solving skills—you can break down challenges and find smart solutions.
- Learns fast and delivers quickly: You can adapt, pick up new concepts, and start adding value right away.
- Understands technology: You don't need to be an expert, but you should have a solid tech foundation and a willingness to learn.
- Great people skills—you can work with different teams and drive change.
- Experience with Power BI (or the ability to learn it quickly).
- Some knowledge of Joget (or a willingness to learn it on the job).
