This part-time role (15-25 hrs/week) is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured yet flexible environment—whether you're looking for school-friendly hours or a better work-life balance. The role is based in our office, with potential for hybrid flexibility over time.
What You'll Be Doing: ✔️ Data Management – Organising client information and keeping our CRM up to date ✔️ Meeting Coordination – Scheduling and confirming appointments efficiently ✔️ Policy & Pipeline Support – Tracking applications and liaising with providers ✔️ Client Engagement – Managing follow-ups and ongoing client touchpoints ✔️ Document Processing – Preparing and sending necessary paperwork Essentially: You’ll be the glue that holds everything together!

The Perks: 💰 Pay: $32 - $40/hr (depending on experience) ⏰ Hours: Between 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM (flexible) 📍 Location: Anderson Financial Services Office (Laptop & phone provided)
