About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled and registered electrician to lead a team of industrial electricians, overseeing projects and ensuring top-quality outcomes. Based in Auckland, this role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, driving performance, safety, and efficiency in a dynamic industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of industrial electricians on various projects.
• Plan and coordinate work schedules to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
• Perform and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and management to ensure smooth project delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Current New Zealand Electrical Registration (EWRB practicing license).
• Extensive experience as an Industrial Electrician, with a strong track record in the trade.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a similar role or setting.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems, automation, and control circuits.
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A safety-first mindset and a commitment to team development.
• Auckland-based or willing to relocate.
