This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is eager to make a difference and support young learners in their growth and development.

We welcome provisionally registered teachers with prior Head Teacher experience, and offer strong support to ensure your success in the role. You will need to bring resilience, adaptability, and strong communication skills, while building meaningful relationships with diverse learners and their families. A solid knowledge of supporting diverse learners and a passion for growth and challenge are essential for this position. Additionally, experience in documentation and record-keeping will be highly valued.

This is a permanent position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Requirements:

Natural leader with a passion for developing and mentoring others
Strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy, and curriculum
B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification
A commitment to upholding current ECE Regulations and Te Whariki
A drive for continuous growth, both personally and professionally
