Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead their domestic market expansion. If you're a strategic thinker with a hunter mentality and a passion for logistics, this is your chance to make an impact.

Location: Mangere, Auckland
Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 p.a. (negotiable based on experience) + competitive commission & benefits

What You'll Do:

  • Market Expansion & Growth - Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Brand Positioning - Be the face and brand champion, communicating our value of efficiency, reliability, and transparent pricing
  • Customer Engagement - Build and nurture strong client relationships for long-term success.
  • Strategy & Insights - Provide market feedback to refine and shape service offerings, lead operations and coordinate with operations team to deliver outcomes


What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Proven track record in new business sales & relationship management.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills-able to engage across diverse industries.
  • Strong time management & ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, strategic, and passionate about brand growth.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Existing networks in logistics, freight would be a huge plus!
