To maintain our high standards and continue delivering excellence, we are seeking a skilled Property Manager to provide maternity leave cover for a fixed-term period. Experience in property management or real estate is highly desirable, as you will be responsible for managing a well-established portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing relationships with property owners and tenants, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Conducting detailed property inspections and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Overseeing rent collection and managing arrears.
• Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring timely, high-quality completion of jobs.
• Keeping up to date with market trends and regulatory changes in the Residential Tenancies Act.
• Handling Tenancy Tribunal matters and insurance claims.
• Collaborating with other areas of the business to maintain a high standard of service.

About You:
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and possess strong administrative and communication skills. You should be able to work efficiently under pressure, manage your time effectively, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:
