Qube employs an overseas team based in Batam, Indonesia, responsible for E-Scaling logs remotely through state-of-the-art technology. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a highly detail-oriented professional to oversee and maintain the quality control of this function.

About the Role:

As an E-Scaling Quality Controller, you will be responsible for the real-time scaling review and the quality control and training of the team in Batam, Indonesia. This role demands a high level of focus, precision, and strong communication skills, particularly in overseeing a team where English proficiency is limited.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure high standards are maintained across both Tauranga and Batam operations.

• Work closely with the Scaling Trainer, reporting directly to them and supporting the Batam team.
• Effectively convey expectations, provide sufficient training and quality standards to a diverse team.
• The role involves extended international travel to Batam, Indonesia, alternating with time in New Zealand.
