Te tūranga | The role:

As a Business Banking Associate you will be the first point of contact within the Business Centre for our Small Business customers. You will assist with transactional and service enquires or refer them to the relevant teams in an accurate and timely manner. Your tasks will range from opening of new accounts/groups, account enquiries, IMT enquiries, transfers, refunds, signature checking and account administration.

Due to internal promotions we have a number of roles available and are open to interest from applicants to be based at any ASB Regional Centre in Aotearoa.

First and foremost, we're looking for someone who is passionate about providing great customer experiences, with a keen interest in developing a career within our Small Business team.

Success in this role will be determined by your ability to effectively prioritise your time while working in a fast-paced environment. You need to be someone who naturally builds and maintains relationships with both internal and external customers with a drive & dedication to work hard for great customer outcome.
