Job Description
This is a rare opportunity to join the team/ family at Bay Orthodontics. We are looking for a fantastic, friendly and self motivated team member who strives to provide outstanding patient care and create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
The hours are:
Monday 7.45am- 2pm
Tuesday 7.45am- 2pm
Wednesday 7.45am- 2pm
Must have flexibility to cover other days/ hours if required.
Qualifications
Highly organized with a focus on providing a high standard of patient care.
A friendly, professional and empathetic manner.
Excellent reliability, organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist/ administration role, ideally in a healthcare setting.
Proficient computer skills are essential, managing patient files, appointments, scheduling over our multi-site locations.
