Job Description

Are you an experienced leader in cold storage and logistics? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for driving operational excellence? We are looking for a PM Shift Supervisor to oversee our evening warehouse operations in our state-of-the-art facility.

About the Role:
As a PM Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our cold storage facility. You'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with MPI regulations, food storage standards, audits, and export requirements (OMARs).

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities during the PM shift.
Manage workforce planning, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and overseas market access requirements (OMARs).
Oversee stock management, inventory control, and order fulfilment.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and MPI audit standards.
Train, develop, and mentor warehouse staff to foster a high-performance culture.
Operate and oversee the use of reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts.

About You:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a 3PL cold storage or warehouse environment.
Strong understanding of food storage compliance, MPI regulations, and export requirements.
Skilled in workforce planning, team leadership, and process improvement.
Experience operating reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts (current certification preferred).
Ability to manage audits, maintain compliance, and drive operational efficiencies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
