We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Territory Manager to join our team in Christchurch, overseeing the Canterbury region. As a Territory Manager, you will act as the vital link between our clients, franchisees, and the business, ensuring seamless operations and high standards across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality control and site inspections across allocated sites
Coordinate and communicate regularly with clients and franchisees
Develop sales growth and manage accounts effectively
Ensure all inspection audits meet business standards
Maintain and register properties, and handle administrative tasks
Evaluate franchisee performance and provide necessary training in areas such as people management, health and safety, compliance, and cleaning
Ideal Candidate Background:
Experience in facilities management, cleaning, pest control, or waste control
Strong account management and sales experience
Ideally, someone with franchise experience or a solid understanding of franchise models
Excellent people skills with the ability to build strong relationships
A willing and enthusiastic attitude, ready to take initiative and drive improvements
