The Role
They are seeking a Survey Team Manager to provide leadership, growth and direction to their existing team of surveyors in the Rotorua office.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and technical skills, be passionate about their work and a licenced cadastral surveyor, or close to becoming one.

About You

  • Current CSLB Practicing Certificate or being able to become an LCS within a year.
  • 12D and/or AutoCAD experience
  • Exceptional Client and Project management skills
  • Proven experience in job procurement and pricing
  • A desire to grow and develop people and business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A highly proactive work ethic and the desire to exceed client expectations
